The location is a definite highlight, conveniently close to major attractions like the Shoreline amphitheater. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to sanitation issues, which was disappointing. Breakfast options were limited to just toast, hard-boiled eggs, and cereal, lacking variety. Communication regarding billing was frustrating, as a promise of reimbursement went unfulfilled for over six weeks.

Check-in was chaotic. arriving at 2 PM, I found the office unattended which led to a nearly hour-long wait, compounded by the confusion of a seemingly policy-driven lack of staff. The room had minor maintenance issues like a broken vanity and some wear on fittings. The troubleshooting effort for other guests struggling with key cards highlighted a lack of on-site assistance. Convenient amenities like breakfast and pool hours were unclear, which felt frustrating, especially as maintenance shut the pool down unexpectedly.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially how they helped get the jacuzzi started for us right away and how cozy our King Room was. The outdoor pool was super refreshing. There were plenty of sun loungers to relax on after a long day. Just a heads-up, check-in can be a bit slow at peak times, but it’s totally worth it! 😊

A Comfortable Stay with Great Accessibility

Enjoyed my recent 5-night stay. The spacious Room with Two Queen Beds was well-kept, and waking up to strong coffee from the onsite café was a delight. Traveling solo, I found the location perfect for quick trips around the area. Be sure to ask for extra towels upon check-in!

The location is superb, super easy access to the freeway and very close to the Shoreline amphitheater. Our King Room had great amenities like a refrigerator, coffee machine, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The spa facilities are perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast options were decent too, with good variety of cereals and pastries.

This place suits me perfectly. The staff is helpful, even at night, and the amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and outdoor swimming pool. I’m coming back for Easter!

The hotel is worn but clean, less than half the price of others in the area. Staff is friendly if you're nice to them.

the county inn has a well-equipped fitness center, perfect for staying active. it’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to several companies. they even waited up for me until 1am, which was a real lifesaver after my long travel. overall, the stay was decent for a budget option.
